Daltile hosts a National Sales conference every other year. The theme was “Train to Reign.” This event’s purpose was to motivate the sales team to keep up the good work!
Problems Solved:
Daltile needed a theme that would help motivate their sales team. One that would help them feel celebrated and motivate them train even harder and increase sales! We delivered a theme that would help them feel just that, with a sports connotation to highlight the training and a bright color palette to start the party!
My Contribution:
For this project I was on the original brainstorm team, we started with three themes and working with the marketing and sales team we managed to narrow the choices down to Train to Reign. I then worked with our graphic design team to create all the assets. I helped create all the presentations to get approvals from the managers and then personally sent all final files to the printer. In the end I was flown out to Vegas to attend the show! It was an absolute dream to see this through from start to finish!
